I hope you all had a wonderful and blessed Christmas! But wait…Christmas actually isn’t over! The Christmas season, or “Christmastide” began at the Vigil Mass on Christmas Eve, and (according to the traditional liturgical calendar) ends on the Presentation of the Lord, which is February 2! So keep celebrating! We have two weeks of Christmas left!
For a more in-depth explanation of the Christmas season, read this article:
Yes, it is the second week of Advent, but let us continue to keep a mindset of entering into this “season of devout and joyful preparation for the coming of Jesus.” (Words of Fr. Mike Schmitz from the video below.)

I know midterms are probably underway (or about to be), but try not to stress too much! Trust in God, do your best, and He will take care of the rest! I know what you may think: “Easy for her to say! She doesn’t have midterms right now!” Well, I’ve been there, trust me. I know it’s so easy to get lost in the stress and worry. But I also know that dedicating time to prayer and trust in God through all the hardship is the answer, because it is what got me through the tough times in school.
